New Jersey License Restoration

Any New Jersey driver who is convicted of a moving violation while driving a vehicle is assessed points for each conviction in accordance with the NJSA Point Schedule.
Fines and imprisonment may also be imposed for moving violations in the state. If a driver's license is revoked, restoration depends on the types of offenses and the number of convictions on the driver's record, and that person's insurance rates will increase dramatically.

If you accumulate a total of 12 or more points on your driving record, the Motor Vehicle Commission (MVC) will issue a Notice of Scheduled Suspension of your driving privilege.

Do not drive until you restore your license and receive a written notice of restoration.
If you continue to drive while your license is suspended, you could face up to five years in jail.

Contact Mr. Bellizia to assist you  in this matter. We understand the serious nature of your situation and want to help you deal with the stressful and complex issues.
